Summary
VibeFarm is a prompt composition extension. We do not track your browsing, we do not run background monitoring, and we do not sell user data. We only access content when you explicitly ask the extension to.
Data We Process (Only When You Trigger a Feature)
1) Content you send into VibeFarm
When you use an explicit action (for example, context menu send, button, or shortcut), we process:
The text you selected (or content you intentionally submitted)
The page URL and title of the page you chose to send
This data is used only to populate your prompt workspace.
2) Account and authentication
If you sign in, authentication is handled by the VibeFarm web app. The extension does not store your password.
3) Local extension storage
We store limited data in browser storage to make the extension work, such as preferences and temporary UI state. This is not used for advertising or tracking.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
Your browsing history (we do not track which sites you visit)
Background web activity
Keystroke logging
Personal communications
Location data
Health or financial data
The extension does not monitor websites in the background and does not collect data without direct user interaction.
Human Access to Your Content
We do not have humans routinely reviewing your selected text, prompts, or workspace content. We only access content if you explicitly provide it to support for troubleshooting, or if required for security and abuse investigation.
How We Use Data
We use data only to provide the core product features you intentionally invoke, including composing, saving, and reusing prompts. We do not use your data for personalized advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent user data.
We only share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, hosting, authentication, payments), and only for the purpose of providing VibeFarm.
Retention and Deletion
Local extension data remains on your device unless you clear extension storage or uninstall the extension.
If you are signed in and choose to save content to your account, that content is stored with your account until you delete it.
When you delete content in the product, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period.
Security
When data is transmitted, we use HTTPS/TLS (modern cryptography) and restrict access to systems and staff that need it to operate and secure the service.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
VibeFarm’s use of information will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In other words, we respect your privacy entirely.
